I have a wealth of experience in individual
and organisational change. My background in education and psychology
informs my approach to personal life coaching and parent coaching.
This has allowed me to help people from all walks of life achieve
direction, fulfilment, balance and success in their personal and
professional lives.

people in education and business at leadership level. I have shared
my passion and experience in coaching in many published articles
and have had my work featured in the press.

To be eligible companies and educational establishments must:
• Complete a Business Diagnostic

Have between 5-249 staff (including unpaid volunteers)
•
Be less than 25% owned
by a large organisation
•
Be based within the West Midlands area
•
Have not received the DDP grant since April
